Chase YEUNG  FOUNDER / CEO  Prior to founding 7QUBES, Chase was the Chief Information Officer for BasePoint Capital, an alternative loan focus debt buyers and management firm. While at BP, Chase was responsible for overseeing a variety of portfolios and evaluate debts values and forecast in excess of over $1.5 billion of assets. At BP, Chase facilitated and oversaw the building and launch of a new line of hybrid consumer loans and helped BP to evaluate the overall health of its holdings. Chase has over 17 years’ experience in software development, IT strategic operation and planning, and data management, with 10 years in the consumer lending industry. Chase holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, an M.S. from Northwestern University and an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

  KRISTOFER WHITE  Chief Technology officer  Kristofer is a veteran problem solver from a variety of tech companies in Chicago. Starting in Chicago's FinTech scene with Enova, Kristofer worked under their Chief Product Architect improving their infrastructure and architecture. From there, he moved to a position with Limelight and worked at scale supporting platforms as demanding as Valve's Steam delivery network and the video streaming backends for Netflix and Hulu. After making his position obsolete, he returned to Chicago's tech scene by helping lead engineering efforts at Centro improving their advertising platform by an order of magnitude, twice, only to eventually progress to the GovTech industry while working at Citybase. At Citybase, Kris directed and lead their engineering teams to transition from a single-product company to a multi-faceted, re-implementation of the municipal citizen experience improving access to information for the entire population of consuming cities.

  Sandy li  Chief financial officer  Sandy has 20 years of executive management and serial entrepreneur roles, including start-ups, F500 in C-level and capital markets of Wall Street roles. Co-founded a computer hardware and software distribution company in China. Sandy holds an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a chartered professional accountant (CPA) and holds FINRA series 79 and 63 licenses.

Before moving into the field he was a neuroscientist, most recently at the University of Chicago, where he studied the neural circuitry that underlies addiction. He demonstrated that even limited exposure to nicotine will increase later alcohol consumption. Ryan wrote his first artificial neural network in 2003 on a cluster of networked computers that is outstripped by his current laptop. He holds a B.S. from DePaul University.
